Be a part of something new, with the opportunity to design a role that’s tailored to your lifestyle and individual needs. Kaleidoscope Skin Cancer Clinic (KSC) is seeking an energetic, positive VR GP to join our small, dynamic team.

Situated in a recently renovated and beautifully appointed Queenslander home in the Bundaberg CBD, KSC is doctor owned and operated. You’ll be supported by experienced registered nurses, administration staff and an in-house marketing coordinator. We believe strongly in ‘growing our own’. We value innovative thinking and foster a workplace culture of collaboration and accountability.

We are committed to best practice and provide a high standard of care to our patients, offering 30-minute skin check appointments as standard. We invest in professional development and equip our team with the latest technology, including daylight photodynamic therapy and molemapping. We are a cloud-based clinic that uses Apple hardware and is committed to minimising paper usage.

At KSC, we care about the Wide Bay Burnett community and want to help improve skin cancer diagnosis and survival rates in regional Queensland. Like us, the ideal candidate will have a passion for skin cancer medicine. It is desirable, but not essential, for the candidate to have advanced procedural experience.

Work a full time or part time sessional lifestyle roster. We are a private billing, non-corporate clinic. As part of the role, there is opportunity to perform theatre lists at the local Private Day Hospital, with access to Eclypse billings. You will have a desire to work in an autonomous, but supportive environment.

Leave the ratrace behind and enjoy the seabreeze in sunny Bundaberg; the southernmost gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. Enjoy an abundant array of locally grown produce and world-class beverages. Bundaberg has fantastic schools and offers a comparatively low cost of living. Watch nesting sea turtles lay their eggs at the local beaches and swim with migrating humpback whales. In 2020, the Bundaberg Local Government Area recorded just 14 cases of COVID19, with zero fatalities (as at 6 Nov).

KSC opened in October 2020. Patient demand for our services has been much higher than anticipated, prompting us to urgently seek another VR GP to join our team.
