Overview

Female GP who is vocationally registered, needed on a contractual basis at a rate of 80%. Job will be ready in June 2021. As well, slow patient buildup is expected initially, with turnover of patients likely to take some time to reach busy numbers.

But there are heaps of opportunities to do care plans, care plan reviews, health assessments, diabetes cycles of care, Home medicines reviews and skin excisions – which makes up for the numbers. Practice principal and practice nurse are always there to assist.

Hence, it may be viable to work on 1-2 days of the week to start with, and possibly morning or afternoon shifts, then with a view to expand further as list grows.

Face to face interview required with practice principal.

Note: this practice has been mainly solo run for years, but with recent upgrades made, concurrent 2nd GP employment has been made possible.
