To provide competent patient-centered care that addresses health needs and promotes wellness. Such care is based on latest evidence and guidelines, and meets legislative requirements. To provide skilled health assessments, diagnosis and treatment services (including contraception) to patients. To order diagnostic tests as needed, checking and informing patients of results in a timely manner. To refer patients appropriately to other providers if their needs exceed the range of care you are able to provide. To provide competent patient-centred care that addresses health needs and promotes wellness.
About Armadale Districts Surgery
We are an Accredited General Practice in the City of Armadale located close to two shopping centre's and transport. The surgery has been open for over 36 years and has a well-established patient base with new patients joining every day. We are a fully computerised practice with online bookings available for our patients.
We currently have 3 doctors (1 female, 2 male). There are also 2 part time Psychologists and 4 /5 Physiotherapists at the surgery. The staff comprises of the Practice Manager, two nurses and 3 receptionists. On site we also have a pathology collection room.
The surgery is well equipped and there are 3 treatment rooms maintained by the nurses and used often for minor procedures. Surgery opening hours are Monday to Friday and can be flexible between 8.00am-5.30pm and
Saturday mornings on a roster.
