Hair Doctors is Australia’s leading hair transplant clinic located at Bondi Junction opposite Westfield’s Shopping Centre.

Salary:

Starting salary between $100,000 to $120,000 and yearly increments with a final salary of up to $350,000 after 3 years of experience with Hair Doctors. This is the ideal position for a junior doctor/registrar that is looking for a fulfilling career in a business at the forefront of its Industry. Full training provided by Dr Oz and Dr Ateka worth close to $100,000 to bring your competency levels up in order to perform hair transplantations.

Job Role and Skills required include:

– Providing world class patient care.

– Providing high quality hair loss and transplant consultations for patients as per company protocols.

– Perform hair transplant procedures once competent and fully trained.

– Organise, conduct training and development in connection to the business.

– Training new clinical and non-clinical staff employed by Hair Doctors.

– Support the management team and reception team to ensure that the business is run smoothly.

– Support other clinical staff members in their duty.

– Organise prescriptions for hair loss patients.

Training:

Full training will be provided by Dr Oz and Dr Ateka. This complementary training alone comes to close to $100,000.

About You:

We are looking for a doctor with great communication skills with both staff and patients. Should have an aesthetic eye for detail and enjoy working with people. Be able to multi-task and be a great team player.

Minimum Requirements:

– Must hold a Medical Degree (MBBS, MBChB etc)

– Fully registered with AHPRA.

– 2-3 years experience as a Medical Practitioner.

– Aesthetic experience beneficial but not mandatory.

– Excellent communication skills in the English language.

– Past Hair Transplant experience not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Salary: $100,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus
