About The Practice & The Team
People Medical focuses on finding General Practitioner jobs in Australia. We have partnered with Old Bar Medical & Skin Cancer Clinic in Old Bar, NSW, to find a General Practitioner as a GP has left to return to Sydney.
- Full Time or Part Time
- 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
- 6 current GPs
- 2 amazing nurses, who do Health Assessments, Spiro, Wound Dressings, ECG & Assist in Procedures
- Approximately 30 patients per day
- Approximately 5,600 and 500 plus on waiting list
- Well Established Practice, since 2005
- Great practice culture (we know, because we visited!)
- Monthly clinical meetings.
- New Ambulance station currently being built in Old Bar – completion date 2023
- 1 Public Hospital and 1 Private Hospital (15 minutes from Old Bar)
About The Role:
- This practice offers the option of Fixed Service Fee as opposed to percentage of billings if you would prefer, meaning you can earn more if you’re a high biller. This is discounted for 12 months.
- Supervisors are paid $1000 per month in additional to RACGP payments.
- Internal VR GP Referrals offer cash incentive 0f $10,000 – refer your friends!
- Option to join On Call for additional income.
- Try before you Buy – come and locum prior to accepting a contract to ensure you enjoy the practice.
